To All Parents & Players:
Congratulations and welcome to the North Gwinnett Tip Off Club for the 2010-2011 Season. As outlined in the membership meeting last week, it is time to pay Tip Off Club membership dues. Membership dues are required for all participants in the program. The great news is that due to a very successful Taste of Suwanee fundraiser, the dues have been reduced to $300.00 this year. Membership dues were budgeted as low as possible with participation required from every family.
As an option to paying your dues, each family has the opportunity to sell an Ad in the form of a banner to hang in the gym this season. A separate form is included with this email that outlines the prices of the ads. There are three sizes and costs to offer to our sponsors. Below I am listing what you can do to cover your membership with a sponsorship:
· If you sell an Ad/Banner for $400.00 then that will cover your membership dues for the season.
· If you sell and Ad/Banner for $500.00 it will cover your membership dues and the cost of shoes for your player.
· A combination of your $300.00 membership dues and a $200.00 Ad/Banner from a sponsor will cover the cost of shoes for your player.
Please note that we have a few companies that are not to be solicited for ads due to the high level of sponsorship they already provide to our program. These are listed at the bottom of the sponsorship form. As you sell our program to your sponsor, please be sure that payment for the Ad is included with the form. Banners will not be ordered until payment is received. Also, we are not able to hold any sponsor for anyone in the program. If you sold an Ad last year and you intend to reach out the same sponsor again this year, you will need to get with your contact very quickly.
Membership dues and/or Ads are due by November 15th. This is necessary to have the banners printed and displayed for our first home game. Please mail your payments and forms to:
