Starting Oct. 1, passing out fliers and posting advertisement signs |

Friday Oct. 12 - set up tents |

Friday Oct. 12 overnight 9pm-7am to baby sit the tents |

Saturday Oct. 13 8am-12pm help vendors unload and set up |
|
Saturday Oct. 13 12pm-5pm assist restaurants w/ticket collecting; ticket sales; working Children's section; trash pick up; carrying ice/coke products |
|
Saturday 5pm-8pm helping vendors load up; trash pick up; take down; and clean up. |
We will need as many volunteers as possible. We estimate 125!. You do get a free T-shirt to help with this event.

There will be a volunteer booth to check in and pick up T-shirts the day of the event.
